Frankfurt Rhine-Main Guide 2012/2013

Planning tool now even easier to use

Published every two years, the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Guide, the City ofFrankfurt/Main's official sales manual, contains everything worth knowing about the city and region. And the new edition just published by Tourismus+Congress GmbH Frankfurt am Main (TCF) has been arranged even more clearly.

While the first part of the sales guide contains general information on how to get toFrankfurt, must-see sights, city tours, cultural offers and wining and dining, the second section – specified as a meeting guide – lists event venues, conference hotels, hotels, incentive ideas and general TCF services. Also represented in the publication are partners from the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region.

With a copy run of 20,000, the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Guide 2012/2013 is circulated worldwide to travel agents, tour operators, corporate travel departments, conference and incentive organisers and the trade press.

"The guide is designed as a sales tool and therefore aimed primarily at our trade customers," TCF managing director Thomas Feda explained. "Besides serving travel, meetings and congress professionals as an indispensable planning aid, it is also an important marketing tool to better position the city ofFrankfurtand surrounding region as a destination."

The information in the 228-page sales guide can also be called up daily on the TCF's website at www.frankfurt-tourismus.de, where it is permanently updated. Listed in the online hotel navigator are more than 150 properties in all categories and price ranges. Within the Frankfurt Convention Bureau's remit event organisers will quickly find just the right premises to suit their needs from among 220 meeting places, event venues and conference hotels.
