The Hyatt Hotel Corporation (NYSE: H) has announced that a Hyatt subsidiary has signed an agreement with Central Embassy, Thailand, on management of the projected Park Hyatt Bangkok, an iconic hotel to be constructed in a prime location in the city’s central business district. The newbuild’s twisted coil design is certain to make it stand out from the skyline, delivering yet another landmark for the city.
The Park Hyatt Bangkok is scheduled to open in 2014. Its altogether 222 rooms, including 49 suites, are housed in a modern, mixed-use building. The hotel will feature several restaurants and lounges as well as a Sky Bar with breathtaking views of bustling downtownBangkok. Also available will be 1,441 square metres of meeting space and further amenities such as a spa, business centre, fitness room and swimming pool.
