Allianz Arena Munich

Business meets football

The new Executive Lounge on the Guest Box level in the Allianz Arena Munich now offers guests the very latest business facilities, all-day concierge service and premium catering in a modern atmosphere.

The idea for this concept comes from Arena One, the Allianz Arena Munich’s exclusive hospitality partner. Frank Wassermann, managing director of Arena One GmbH, said at the lounge opening on August 31 in the Bavarian capital: “We are channelling the fascination of football to market these premises both on days when matches are held and on fixture-free days, combining the emotional world of football with the world of meetings and congresses. The Executive Lounge underscores our pioneering role with new, holistic concepts for the catering and event sector.”

The Executive Lounge is fitted out with laptop desks and W-LAN to serve as a welcome area for guests to boxes and events at the Allianz Arena. As in a traditional conference hotel, a concierge is responsible for providing professional service to lounge visitors. Concierge services range from conducting guests to their event boxes, through copying and printing out seminar material to sending business clothing to be cleaned. On request the concierge will also organise guided tours through Germany’s most modern football stadium, even at short notice.

Arena One ensures that premises in the Allianz Arena such as guest boxes or the VIP section are used even on days when no matches are played. Before, during and after a meeting, congress or seminar, participants in box functions can continue their business in the Executive Lounge. There they are able to access a fully equipped business area or take breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks in a relaxed atmosphere.
