KLM expands Facebook and Twitter services

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has installed German-speaking customer communication services in its social networks. On Facebook and Twitter, the Dutch airline's service agents will now respond to passenger inquiries round the clock in English, Dutch, Spanish and also in German.

At https://www.facebook.com/KLM and Twitter (KLM Royal Airlines), passengers can read information, modify ticket bookings, cancel reservations or register their extra luggage.

In addition, KLM Deutschland also communicates with its passengers on a local basis Mondays through Fridays from 09:00 to 18:00 at Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/KLM.Deutschland) and Twitter (KLM Deutschland).
