Tarsus has announced that it has completed its acquisition of BodySite Digital Health, a digital patient care management and education platform founded in 2010. The US based business will join the Tarsus Medical Group, enabling the division to further expand its portfolio of digital products delivered to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and also bolster its subscription services.
The acquisition will fast-track Tarsus Medical's omnichannel strategy to provide digital services and products alongside its well-established programme of live and virtual events and continuing medical education, particularly in the division's American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) brand.
