The way to a person's heart is through their stomach, says Nürnbergmesse and has taken over the event and exhibition catering business Lehrieder completely. Since January 1, 2021, it has been a wholly-owned service subsidiary. The exhibition company previously held a 50 percent shareholding in the Lehrieder catering party service and the Lehrieder administration company. With the takeover, the Nuremberg exhibition company intends to strengthen its offering in event and exhibition catering. René Lehrieder departed from the previously three-member management team in a mutual agreement on December 31, 2020. The previous managing directors, Nadine Cauers-Lehrieder and Bahne Beckmann, will remain in place with equal authority in the company and will continue to be responsible for the operational business of Lehrieder. René Lehrieder will focus on event catering outside the exhibition venue. The Lehrieder company can look back on a company history of almost fifty years. It began in 1971 as a party services firm and drinks wholesaler and grew into what is today one of the Nuremberg metropolitan region's leading catering specialists. The company, which is now a subsidiary of Nürnbergmesse, has around 100 employees.
