The insurance broker AssuredPartners with offices in the United States, UK and Ireland has acquired Kent-based event specialist, InEvexco.
Founded in 2011, InEvexco provides insurance solutions to the event, exhibition and conference space. Placing in the region of £10m GWP, the entire team will remain in their current roles and continue under the leadership of Mark Clayton, Mark Blair and Shelley Crocker.
