Propak Africa packs a punch

All you need for packaging: Propak Africa will provide a platform for over 200 exhibitors to showcase innovations, technologies, products, machinery, systems, and services for the packaging industry. The show will be co-located with FoodPro Expo, Pro-Plas Expo, The GAPP Print Expo and Pro-Label Africa.

The events are scheduled to take place from March 8 to 11, 2022, at the Expo Centre, Nasrec in Johannesburg and are supported by the Institute of Packaging SA, Packaging SA, Printing SA, and Plastics SA. "We are excited that Propak Africa will be taking place as a live event this year," says Mark Anderson, portfolio director at Specialised Exhibitions, a division of Montgomery Group. "The face-to-face interaction that is at the heart of exhibitions has been missed."The event will include content-rich free-to-attend seminars which will host industry experts sharing their knowledge and highlighting latest industry trends across the various industry sectors. Two conferences are also taking place: The Institute of Packaging SA's 'Think Tank' two-day conference, and the one-day Printing SA conference.

"We have been working hard behind the scenes connecting with our partners, integrating latest exhibition trends and technologies, and planning our educational conferences, free seminars, theme days, experiential activities and additional new features," Anderson concludes.
