Messe Essen is expanding its offering for digital events and, with immediate effect, is offering its customers a TV studio with three concurrently usable settings: During filming or live broadcasts, it will be possible to switch between the three backdrops, enabling extremely complex productions, both in terms of content and technically. Studio Ruhr is aimed at companies and other organisations that want to host virtual events, either as digital or hybrid events which, for example, combine a trade fair with virtual elements.
„In the long term, too, we see this as a useful extension for our fairs and congresses“
"As long as it is not possible for us to pursue our main business in the usual way, Studio Ruhr provides an excellent opportunity for our customers to reach out to their target groups. But in the long term, too, we see this as a useful extension for our fairs and congresses", is how Oliver P. Kuhrt, CEO of Messe Essen, describes the new offering.
"For some time now, we have been offering our customers facilities for filming or broadcasting their events live. Formats are also becoming more sophisticated both in terms of content and technically. Which is why we are now going the next step and extending our offering to three stages that can be used concurrently", explained Frank Mertz, senior vice president of Sales, Messe Essen.
