Through the collaboration with leading food-technology firm KitchenomiKs, the Oman Convention & Exhibition Center (OCEC) is leveraging its state-of-the-art commercial kitchens to expand the range of culinary choice offered at the venue.
As an avant-garde concept in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, cloud kitchens integrate established commercial kitchens with advanced technology to deliver exceptional food delivery experience, by bringing together great food concepts, streamlined ordering, industry leading food hygiene and quality control in food preparation, easy payment solutions as well as fast delivery processes, among other benefits.

At OCEC, the cloud kitchen concepts by KitchenomiKs makes use of the venues over 3,000-square-metre, state-of-the-art food processing and preparation facility. This largest-of-its-kind cloud kitchen in Oman maximises the kitchen's capability to provide high quality, professionally prepared and great tasting international dishes to diners across Oman's capital, including those with specific cultural or lifestyle orientated dietary requirements.

The KitchenomiKs cloud kitchen will operate as a multi-brand cloud kitchen (where multiple restaurant concepts operate under KiKs as the parent brand) as well as an outsourced cloud kitchen (where an external restaurant brand's food is prepared to exacting taste, quality and standards and delivered through the cloud kitchen's delivery platform).https://ocec.om/News/Detail/1544
