Expo 2020 Dubai
is ready to welcome the world in October 2021 after safely and successfully hosting 100,000-plus visitors to the Sustainability Pavilion, Terra. A three-month operational testing period was concluded in April.
According to the Pavilions Premiere Satisfaction Survey, guests ranked on-site health and safety precautions above eight on a scale of one to nine, with visitors similarly impressed with the Expo Rider service – a dedicated, free of charge, public bus service that ferries visitors between Dubai Mall and Expo 2020 every 30 minutes. More than 100,000 visitors have experienced Terra, The Sustainability Pavilion, which they loved, with its engaging, thought-provoking content. Expo's rigorous on-site health and safety precautions and efficient, free transport impressing most.
A high-level taskforce entrusted with steering the progress of Expo 2020 Dubai has reaffirmed its commitment to welcoming the world, as it reviewed final preparations for the largest event ever held in the Arab world. Expo 2020 is preparing to welcome participants from across the globe for the final International Participants Meeting (IPM), which will be hosted in Dubai from May 4 to 5, 2021 and will see participating countries review progress and visit their pavilions on the Expo site.www.expo2020dubai.com/all-set-for-seamless-world-class-experience
